By downloading or using the 67 Challenge app or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App Usage

You may use the 67 Challenge app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use automated tools to manipulate scores or the leaderboard
• Submit false or misleading scores
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law

3. Leaderboard

Leaderboard scores are public. We reserve the right to remove scores we determine to be fraudulent or obtained through manipulation. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

4. VIP Purchase

The VIP upgrade is a one-time purchase of $2.99 AUD (pricing may vary by region) that unlocks 40-second and 60-second game modes. The purchase is tied to your account. VIP status is non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer law. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by your local jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the app and on this website — including the name "67 Challenge", game mechanics, graphics, and code — is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the app without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any physical injury resulting from gameplay. Use common sense — take breaks, ensure you have room to move, and do not play while driving or operating machinery.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
