Privacy Policy — 67 Challenge

1. Overview

67 Challenge ("we", "us", "our") operates the 67 Challenge mobile application and this website at 67challenges.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

Camera

The app uses your device's front-facing camera to detect hand waves. No video or images are ever recorded, stored, or transmitted. All processing happens entirely on-device in real time using Google's MediaPipe framework.

Account information (optional)

If you choose to create an account, we store your display name, email address, and country. You can play as a guest without providing any personal information.

Game scores

Your scores are stored to power the leaderboard and your personal history. Leaderboard entries are public (name, country, score).

Approximate location

We determine your country using IP-based geolocation for the leaderboard country flag. We do not collect precise GPS location.

Device analytics

We collect anonymised crash reports and usage analytics via Firebase Analytics to improve the app. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information.

3. Advertising

The free version shows ads powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Payments

VIP purchases on Android are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Stripe's Privacy Policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. iOS purchases use Apple's in-app purchase system.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party service providers listed above (Firebase, AdMob, Stripe) to the extent necessary to operate the app.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained until you request deletion. You can delete your account and all associated data by emailing hello@maurya.com.au.

7. Children's Privacy

The 67 Challenge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
